The writing style pulled me in and kept me going. This was a buddy read, so I read five chapters a day but I was hooked from the start. I read the synopsis quite some time ago, but went in pretty blind. Going into Hate I really didn’t know too much. This is a reverse harem novel, meaning the main character has more than one love interest. HATE is a full length mature college/new adult romance with enemies-to-lovers/love-hate themes. How very convenient that someone just moved into the bedroom down the hall from me.Īrcher D’Ath and his boys messed with the wrong chick and they’re about to learn just how cold Madison Kate’s hate can run. As I’m typing this I’m almost done with the second book, so I think that’s a little hint about how I felt about this book.

The first book Hate has been on my Kindle for months, but I finally got around to reading it. A few of my friends have been reading reverse harem romances and I’ve seen the Madison Kate series by Tate James everywhere. I think 2022 is going to be a year that I try out some genres I haven’t tried before.
